The Colorado citizen spearheading the ballot process is looking for action from the US Congress: 

"I’m hoping that with Florida and California ahead of us seeking year around DST approval by Congress, that Colorado would spring forward one last time in March of 2021 and never fall back again." said Former eastern Colorado State Sen. Greg Brophy.
