Nytosha LaForce killed her son, Peighton and was released from jail months before her BARE minimum sentence was up due to covid. She’s now out running around having fun, not being punished for taking the life of her innocent child. As a citizen with a clean record I’m requesting help to get this sick woman locked back up. She doesn’t deserve to be free enjoying life after the cruel, gruesome, HORRIBLE things she did to her own baby.

Peighton was brought to Dartmouth for vomiting and fever where they noticed bruises on his neck.  Neither the mom or the boyfriend could explain what they were from.  The hospital contacted DCF and let her leave with the baby.  In the 2 days leading up to the DCF visit, Nytoshas boyfriends sister and Nytosha allegedly tried filling the holes in her wall.  When that didn’t work they covered the holes and dents with magazine cut outs.  Holes Im only assuming were made by abuse to Peighton. DCF made their visit and reported that the baby was asleep in his crib and did have bruises on his neck but they did not remove the child from the home.  Not even an hour after the DCF visit Peighton an ambulance was called because Peighton was not breathing.  Nytosha immediately put up donation jars everywhere for her child’s “service and head stone”.  When the news came out that they were ruling the death a homicide she allegedly tried to kill herself.  Nytoshas boyfriend Tyler who was arrested on unrelated charges (furlough violation) said that he came out of the shower to Nytosha beating Peighton, shaking him, swearing at him and banging his head on the floor, because he wouldn’t “shut the f#*< up”.  He pushed her away and held Peighton for a bit. He then put Peighton in his crib with a bottle claiming and I quote he “thought he was good”.  DCF made their visit right AFTER this occurred while Peighton was in his crib.  That’s when they noted he “was sleeping in his crib”.  Peighton died from head and neck trauma.  It was noted during the autopsy that Peighton had a healing leg fracture that would have reportedly had to have happened before Nytosha got with Tyler. Tyler passed his polygraph.  Nytosha failed hers.   When arrested she pled “Not Guilty” to 2nd degree manslaughter and then later changed it to “No Contest” to manslaughter and cruelty to a child and got a plea deal of 6-20 years. The courts claim they offered the deal because it was a “he said she said situation” between Nytosha and Tyler with no other witnesses.   

Not to mention that Nytosha just got custody of Peighton back prior to this because she lost custody for stabbing her ex in NH? Geraw is also not Peightons fathers last name.  She had her boyfriend at the time (different man than Tyler who is also not the father) sign Peightons birth certificate and claim him.   

Peightons real dad was reportedly fighting for custody.   The state also stated after the proceedings that they want Nytosha to get her substance abuse under control so that something like the death of her child never happens again.  Nytosha was a heroin addict and did receive Suboxone. Tyler, Nytoshas boyfriend reportedly had bruises to his eye and neck and gave conflicting stories.  First he claimed he got it from working out.  Then he claimed Nytosha “accidentally elbowed him in the eye”. The same woman who stabbed an ex mind you. Tyler was later convicted of lying in an investigation because he first stated that he didn’t know how Peighton was injured and that the child seemed fine when he laid him down for a nap instead of the full story.
