Yes, Verizon knows he violated his contract for years by not having the proper insurance to protect his employees, but being a moral and responsible company, they have allowed him to continue on! Why not, it means they profit. Profiting and not caring that when the vendors they require to have proper insurance do not comply they can hide and not care about the individuals who are hurt or killed promoting their company. The victim, well he will have to suffer further at trials to see that the vendor (s) responsible are penalized and charged with the felony and fines and hopefully jail time they deserve. Verizon remains silent, which is easy when you have billions of dollars and want more. Stop the madness, do not support this company and their non compliance with their own terms of vendor/supplier contracts.
