As a long time Clark, NJ resident and small business owner in town, I have dealt with the MONOPOLY Comcast has over our community for too long. The sub par internet capabilities offered to us and the price gouging have a real negative effect on any modern home or business and put us at a disadvantage to the surrounding towns which all have access to Verizon Fios.

  The township has provided me with information that they welcome Fios to Clark, however, Verizon claims that there is a lack of interest from the residents and businesses. Which is why we need to come together and give our frustrations a voice: WE NEED YOU TO SIGN THIS PETITION 

 To highlight the significance of just one of the issues: Comcast offers a max upload speed of 10 Mb/s to residential customers. However, the next town over with Fios, has the option of 1000 Mb/s upload speed. That is 100 times faster! The cost for that speed with Fios would be $4.00 more a month than what Comcast charges for their current max speed. This effects every home in town as we all, in this day and age have multiple devices connected to the internet that require speed and reliability. More importantly, bringing Fios to Clark offers its residents and businesses what any consumer in a fair market deserves. A choice.

End the Monopoly, end the price gouging, end the unreliable and antiquated internet and bring Fios to Clark!  SIGN THE PETITION AND SHARE WITH EVERYONE YOU KNOW!
