Have you bought a Varla Scooter and discovered that nothing they claim is even close to what you get?  I bought the new Varla Eagle One Pro and Varla claims that it will get 45 miles to a single charge with a 330lb person.  They claim this as the minimum and as of 9/5/22, the site is making fraudulent claims about the distance and general speed this product will do.  Worse they have a warranty that is very deceptive.  The warrant actually does not cover shipping to, ship[ping back, or labor.  It also says that they will not cover warranty-related issues even under normal wear and tear.  That is just horrible.  If you feel that these claims make Varla liable please sign the petition!  Varla Class Action Lawsuit
