Desde el año 2016 esperábamos este momento: la entrega del sentir de miles de ciudadanos en el mundo por la conservación de este importante ecosistema de la ciudad de Cartagena de Indias.

Finalmente, ayer lo hicimos durante el lanzamiento de la Cátedra Biocultural Rafael Vergara Navarro, en el marco del homenaje a su liderazgo y memoria.

We've delivered more than 69,000 signatures requesting the declaration of the Varadero Coral Reef as a Protected Marine-Coastal Area!

We've been waiting for this moment since 2016: the expression of the feelings of thousands of citizens around the world for the conservation of this important ecosystem in the city of Cartagena de Indias.

Finally, we did it yesterday during the launch of the Rafael Vergara Navarro Biocultural Chair, as part of the tribute to his leadership and memory.
