There have been multiple erroneous allegations and false accusations of Jake Mcelfresh (aka Front Porch Step) being inappropriate with underage girls and people sensationalizing personal interactions for their own gain. In each instance, it was actually a private and mutual conversation between Jake and adult females in their respective state.  it has now been mis-interpreted to be Jake sexually harassing them only when in fact there have been plenty of instances where he was the one being harassed.  It is frankly disgusting that Jake is having his privacy invaded like this and worse, made out to be a "Pedophile" and a "Child Molester" with no proof of those serious and harmful claims which are completely different than what he is being accused of and having nothing to do with the proof that IS online.

• Tweets sent from an accuser about Jake before they ever met
• Tweet sent from the same accuser actually showing remorse for accusing him of wrong doing
• Tweet sent from someone wth NO INVOLVEMENT that started the petion to remove Jake from Warped Tour, and gloating about "ruining his career"

• Tweet sent from someone admitting to posting pictures of Jake that she didn't receive and possibly impersonating a 13yo anonymous accuser.

We believe that Front Porch Step should be allowed to play Vans Warped Tour and be given the national venue to perform for anyone who attends.  We are asking Kevin Lyman and Vans Warped Tour to keep Front Porch Step on the tour before a witchhunt with one sided accounts and misinformation not only make a monster out of a good and talented person, but potentially ruins his life.
