YOU THOUGHT IT WAS OVER? Unfortunately, the Vancouver Aquarium's announcement it would end whale and dolphin captivity is not quite what it sounds. The Aquarium wants to build a "rescued" dolphin display tank, and we are urging the Vancouver Park Board to put an end to those plans.
