As of writing, there have been 10,117 supporters, which is phenomenal in just over a week. A press release has been sent out to media, so look for press coverage in the coming days. I will be drafting a formal letter to the Park Board shortly to implore them to review their decision in light of this significant public response. I will send the message that over 10,000 people may vote in October based on candidates position on this issue.
