I have seen personally what these moderators do. They will follow, harass, and remove posts without any reason. Ban people just because they disagree with what the moderator said, and if you attempt to report them via the Steam report system, THEY GET THE REPORTS and instantly ban you. 

Also, Steam support is absolutely abysmal, meaning even though I know many people have filed reports on a specific Steam Moderator "Eram", nothing has been done and they have only responded to our reports with generic automated responses of "Check the forums for help". 

My solution would be to actually have a system that Moderates these people. How are you to report them if they receive the reports that are made on them? That's ridiculous, that's like filing charges against a cop for abuse, and being arrested by that cop for filing charges! It makes no sense! Something needs to change. I have already called for the removal of Eram, as that person seems to be the largest issue within Steam moderation, but I do know that KillahInstinct has also threatened to ban people from Steam for things they've said on OTHER SITES they are a part of. 

Example: My wife had attempted to post an ad thread for our ARK Survival Server, and was updating our players via the comments section. She was then banned and had the thread deleted due to "bumping" by a moderator who has been harassing her non-stop. So she remade the thread, once her ban was lifted, didn't post any comments, and the thread was immediately locked and removed without any notification as of why, and this is a continuing issue.

THIS NEEDS TO STOP.
