The Chicken Kiev cosmetic is the best cosmetic for Heavy hands down but it's holiday restricted, so we can only use it during Halloween and on community servers with a certain setting enabling these hats. The reason the halloween hats are restricted is because bla bla bla no one cares, this is the Chicken Kiev we are talking about and it must be available on all servers. The cosmetic is just that good. Having this cosmetic in Valve servers would be the best thing brought to this game. Plez support this.
