Decrease the maximum amount of time you will be punished in a matchmaking ban in the video game: Counter Strike: Global Offensive. Or create a way to have ban footage be judged so they can be lifted if they are for no good reason. (like overwatch reports)

The Issue
I speak for many of us when I say that getting a 7-day ban in Counter Strike Global offensive is a bit much. Especially if you did nothing wrong i.e. Computer crashing and not being able to reconnect, getting kicked for no good reason, accidental team killing: the list goes on, and on. If we bought your game, we should not be punished in such a way.
