Petition to reconsider (MineskiX.Jacko and other PH player) lifetime Ban for Valve's event
The Issue
Hi, I'm AAAlgorithm currently coaching in SEA. To start off I would like to discuss the ban accusations for the people responsible in the betting for Dota 2 tournament games. If we have to make esports to match up to the and accepted as a sport like other traditional sports then we would have to follow kind of ban system like the traditional sports do. Depending upon the various level ,extent of involvement players should be banned for their inclusion in the betting of their own matches. A Team couldn't participate in the tournament so they decide to fuck up (sorry for my language) other players and team qualifying chances as well. To be specific now I know lots of you didn't know how old Jacko, he is just 15 years old and UNDERAGE when this 322 thing scandal and his involvement and acceptance in the 322 scandal as compared to the players, managers, girlfriends of team redemption. So considering this fact Valve should look into this matter and set up different level of punishment as per the level of involvement and nature of betting scandal rather than setting up a common punishment for all. If you think that DOTA2 is just a computer games it's a BIG "NO" for me.
To be honest, TR/Arrow Gaming issue is really different when it comes to the other players who was involve in 322.
First, those people who are involve in 322 scandal (Philippines) namely 'Jotan' / 'Chin'/ 'Byb' / 'yNd' / 'JyC' / 'jvn' / 'Paseo' / apologized after that thing happened. They wrote letter that they admitted they were tempted by the offer of this "Michael Vallejos" and the money itself. Life is hard in real life, Philippine professional tier 1 players salary is just 22$ per week and some of them already have family. (This is the main reason why these players were blinded by money). They already have been given punishment after that which is they are banned in playing competitive. They wasted the year 2015 for this punishment. Valve didn't react to that matter after all.

Second, the Arrow Gaming issue is really different. Why?
1. Valve already released ahead of time that their verdict to Arrow Gaming's case. (March 28, 2015)

2. They showed False evidence (edited one)

3. TR/Arrow Gaming was there during TI4 briefing that strictly warned all players & managers (even their family members) against betting on their own matches. (refer to Third)
4. Continue to blame me all you like. Verdict was given months ago - you just didn't ask. PJSalt is real. -- TENG DAWEI POST/ CURRENT TR MANAGER https://www.facebook.com/dawei.xero.teng/posts/10153916995302764
A.---(As far as I know the Valve should be the one who will inform the players ahead of the time what's the status of those player who are involved. Infact they let "BYB" locked in during the Shanghai announcement which is Execration made it lock a day after Valve announcement. It's not the part of the player. lmao)

B.---If you are familiar with 2011 NBA LOCKOUT (The NBA association announced it ahead of time before the season started, valve failed to do that.) *refer to A*

Third, There are no written set of rules and regulations that's easily accessible to anyone provided by Valve. Unlike to other game League Of Legends (Unsporting conduct - Bribery and Wagering)

Remember all laws are written.
I am disappointed by Valve's decision with the same punishment. This is really injustice, because those players in the PH who were involve to this matter expected that their case already solved. And yet, this day January 5, 2016 (10 months after Arrow Gaming verdict) Valve released a late verdict for those players and given same punishment to an underaged one.
This is not how real sport really works.
PS: Thanks to my friend Mukul Shinde for informing me this matter.
