Allow Steam Family Sharing users to access DIFFERENT games at the same time.

PC Gamers with multiple users in their households have been requesting family sharing pretty much since the day that Steam was released. Now that it's finally here, we've found out that only one user is allowed to access an entire library at a time requiring that users choose between letting their families play singleplayer/multiplayer games or kick them off and force them to buy another copy or wait until no one's using it. This pretty much makes Steam Family Sharing a glorified way to share your password without sharing your password.
We feel this is wrong because we are at a disadvantage against every other medium available. Music, movies, books in addition to console games all allow users to access whatever their families own but it does not allow multiple users to access the same content unless they have multiple copies. Next generation consoles such as the Xbox One and the Playstation 4 are improving sharing allowing users to share both physical and digital media with fewer restrictions than what we're being given.
When you go out and buy a console game, you have rights to that game. If there are multiple users in your household that play games, you probably have multiple consoles and there is no such restriction. This is a huge disadvantage and it is why many families would rather purchase a multiplatform game on consoles instead of PC despite how much better PC ports generally are.
I feel that if I am playing Assassin's Creed IV and my fiancee wants to play Watch Dogs, she should be able to do that without a problem. Now, if she wanted to play Watch Dogs multiplayer with me, it'd be fair to say she would have to buy another copy. It's not logical to have these sorts of restrictions when the competition has nothing of the sort.
Families don't purchase multiple copies of the same games unless they want to play multiplayer so I see this as a senseless restriction that will do nothing but bother and ultimately drive users away from using Steam in the first place.
Our families paid our dues when we paid $___ for *insert game* out of a bank account using our combined incomes. Most of us refuse to purchase a game twice so publishers and developers aren't missing out on anything anyways. Now if we were to play together, we'll gladly purchase the game again. Something my family along with many others has done in the past.
Steam Family Sharing is a step in the right direction but our feedback needs to be heard now rather than later.
(THIS IS A REVAMP BECAUSE STEAM TRIED TO PUT A STOP TO IT, BUT I KNOW WE CAN DO IT. SHARE EVERYWHERE)
