The Issue
This is a grown man PUNCHING the K-9, over and over. You can hear the poor dog CRYING! This dog was being trained as an OFFICER--to serve and protect humans without getting anything in return! This despicable human being shouldn't be around dogs--or humans for that matter--in a uniform enforcing the LAW. He should ne behind BARS.
