Just to let you know I have sent the below to the V/Line complaints advocates office! See if I can get a response. I request that my complaint be followed up, as outlined in the complaints guidelines. 1) This was received on the 3rd of July and I have heard nothing further. Thank you for your feedback which has been assigned to a Customer Relations Officer for further investigation. Your case number is 2015/123087 2) As my concern is shared by a large number of people I submitted on behalf of a number of people (over 400) and this is the response received on the 7th of July. Not another word. No case number was provided thus I am unable to provide it. Instead I will provide the Petition details: https://www.change.org/p/v-line-return-trains-service-to-bacchus-marsh-improve-don-t-degrade-public-transport-in-victoria Good afternoon Thank you for your recent feedback to Public Transport Victoria. We are currently experiencing a high volume of feedback, which is contributing to delays in responding. I appreciate the time you have taken to provide your feedback and please be assured that we will investigate and address the matter as soon as we can. Yours Sincerely Mary Dimovski Customer and Feedback Manager Public Transport Victoria I am not surprised there is a high volume with the total stuff up of the peak hour service provided (or not more to the point). As I am aware that not only is there this petition there is also a 1000 signature strong petition from Melton. I will follow up with the transport ombudsman in a week if I/we do not have a response that is satisfactory next week. Sincerely Janelle Sheen
