With this petition, the student community of UWC Maastricht would like to MOVE the MOCK EXAMS 2018 at least a week further. Right now, it starts at the 15th of January 2018, which is really early (especially comparing to other UWCs).
There are certain valid arguments in favour of the shift of the mocks:

1. The grades received from the Mocks are actually important for universities, because our updated attained are sent to them

2. We need more than a week to prepare (During the break, university applications should be prioritised in addition to other deadlines that are put over the break time, such as TOK Essay, Chemistry IA and Economics IA).
For the June exams, for example (some of us) spent way more time than a week and now it’s even more syllabus to cover.

3. These “january exams” are the ENTIRE SYLLAYBUS, not just another test...
