Hello Folks!

UWA People for Animal Welfare would like to see a greater number and variety of vegetarian and vegan food options available at UWA Guild Cafes. In particular, UWA Nedlands campus has NO vegan meal options and limited vegetarian meals.

There will be a catering forum held at UWA and we need to make our voices known, and let UWA catering services know there is a demand for vegetarian and vegan food at UWA. We should not have to choose between a packet of crisps or an apple to sustain our brains at Uni because of our compassionate beliefs.

The forum will be held at UWA at 10.30 am Tuesday the 10th of November - it would be amazing if you could come and show your support. You just have to send a quick email to hello@guild.uwa.edu.au to register your attendance for the forum. 

We know not everyone who cares about this issue can attend the event, which is why we have created a petition so we can show guild catering exactly how many people do care about having more cruelty free vegan and vegetarian options on UWA campuses!
