Recently the organization Unsilenced has been promoting this petition as a way to gain more attention for the survivors of Elevations and Island View. You may have noticed the wording in the petition has changed a bit. This change was made to make sure the petition fits more cohesively with the wording of Unsilenced. Regardless of the small change, the goal remains the same. That goal being to do whatever we can legally to get this place shut down for good. I (Alyx Weisinger) am still the one in charge of the petition but I have always supported and respected the work of Unsilenced and I am honored that they're using this petition as a tool to pursue our shared goal. The signatures we have garnered over the years have made an impact, and I cannot thank the people who have signed this petition enough.
