For too long, our elected leaders in Utah have turned a blind eye to the concerns of the very people they are supposed to serve. Despite countless emails, phone calls, and petitions, Utah government officials have repeatedly failed to respond to the voices of the public. This isn't just a matter of missed communication—it's a blatant disregard for accountability, transparency, and the democratic process.
When we reach out to our leaders, we expect them to listen, to engage, and to take our concerns seriously. Yet time and time again, we are met with silence. Our emails go unanswered, our voices are ignored, and our calls for action are brushed aside. This is not how a government should function. This is not how democracy works.
To date, I have not received any responses from Utah government officials regarding the emails I sent linking to this petition. It’s clear to me that they are not listening to the urgent matters that affect families like mine. And so, I will not remain silent. I am planning to launch a holiday campaign to contact their offices, urging them to take action and address my case—specifically, the reunion with my son. I will not stop until we are heard.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email at victoriacsethunya@gmail.com. Your support means the world to me, and together, we can make our voices impossible to ignore.
Thank you to all of you who have not given up on me and my son! You are the strength that keeps me going, and we will not rest until justice is done!
