As you will remember, over six years have passed since I last saw my son. Chris was a DACA recipient during the Obama administration.  Chris was deported when Trump entered office as a result of a supposed offense Sim Gill claimed my son committed. However, Gill's office was absent at least twice.

I spoke with a lawyer who informed me that there is a new legal plan to aid in my reunion with my son. 

As you are aware, Chris' visitor visa application was turned down on July 27 in Durban, South Africa. One attorney I spoke with claimed to be familiar with alternatives to a US Consular's discretion. He exudes confidence that the strategy might be successful. Unfortunately, I am afraid that someone might destroy the plan, so I can't give you the name of the lawyer or discuss his legal strategy.

This whole thing is taking a toll on everyone concerned!
