Because of my PTSD, it was difficult for me to continue to live there. Utah
Utah LDS Senator has a different story. By him and his apartment sharks, I should have continued to live at that apartment for the one month remaining on my lease. I disagree.
He is demanding the rent payment and attorney fees resulting from the burglary incident. I plan to meet him in court. I am responding to his demand letter today encouraging him to send me the summons via email.
- I escaped that property right after the burglary
- I had a stalker 1
- I had a stalker 2 who was a judge at the local courts
- My vehicle was stripped
- A girl was shot not too far from my vehicle on that same property

By the 30th of November, 2019, I had sent you at least 5 times a Cease and Desist Notice (See the picture I attached) concerning the demand you made in your letter with today's 05/03/2023 deadline.
My position has not changed.
