I don't think any of us moved to Eagle Mountain or Saratoga Springs with the expectation of living next door to a prison. While it would be a highly secure facility with unlikely safety hazards presented to the residents, it is highly likely that our property values will decrease. 

Further, the aesthetics that many of us enjoy about living here will be permanently changed for the worse.
