Please spare the UST community by signing this petition to replace Boy Sablan of the UST MBT due to the following reasons

1) Incompetency - UST Growling Tigers never been at the bottom of the standings. It is because of his incompetence, not just because of the players, it is also his responsibility. He blames that his current line up doesn't have any starts. But what did other coaches do, they do not make it as an excuse.

2) Demoralizing players - 2 of the most reliable tigers are out of the team because of his ways. He demoralizing players like blaming that what he got left are just bench from last year

3) Power tripping - he abuses his power, if he doesn't want the player he makes way for him to be demoralize. For example, Coach Pido Jarencio had a Christmas Party, he invited the two players which HE RECRUITED. What is wrong for attending a party for the one who recruited them?

We, the UST alumni, would like the school to make action so that coach Sablan will be replaced. Please spare the UST community.
