The business name/company (black aloe waterfront resort ) in letebejane village outside marble hall town  has started building or erecting a fence around the the arabie/ lepelle dam in our village without engaging the local community about the development in our area, they erecting a wall between the community and the river to separate the livestock from earning access to the river and the natural vegetation. The community survive by herding livestock , fishing ,recreation and so forth. The stake holders "community" was not involved in the decision taken by the local chief and the investor/developers. The interest of the local people and their concerns was not addressed properly and we're not involved prior to the final decision taken by the local chief and the developer. The interest of the wild animal, domestic animals was also not taken into consideration and therefore it means that when the developer builds the wall/fence around the only local main river, the people and their livestock will no longer be part of the community. The people of letebejane village survive by herding along the river banks of these river, their livestock survive by grazing along or at this land , most people here do not work and they survive by herding and fishing from this river. Access is now going to be allowed to only people whom will pay to spent their time in this so called black aloe waterfront resort which is owned not by a local investor, therefore please help by putting and end to this tons of vegetation destruction by capitalist who doesn't care about the community, livestock, natural resource . The main concern here is to protect our natural resource , wild animals, the ecosystem and stop the destruction of the our presious natural vegetation which leads to extinction of endangered wild animals in our community and the people's rights to the natural resources as well as the domestic animal rights to the natural environment. Cattles , donkeys , goats , wild animals and their rights to access natural  water in their surrounding area has been denied or is being threatened . Let's stop this mass destruction of our natural resources and we demand to know how did they reach these decision without engaging the affected parties (local communities of letebejane village) what will happen to their livestock? it is very sad and inhuman because thousands of the community's livestock will die due to starvation and drought during winter or dry seasons and this means only the owner of the resort will benefit from a natural resource that is meant for the local community. Let's stop this mass distraction to our natural vegetatation.
