Recognition of Colin Kapernick

Recognition of Colin Kapernick

The Issue

Colin Kaepernick saw the many instances of police brutality in the USA and took action by kneeling to bring attention to it. He has been labeled 'Un-American', called 'Son of a Bi**h' by the President, had his movement hi-jacked claiming he was disrespecting the flag. Even Vice-President Pence flew to a professional football game to show displeasure at other NFL players taking a knee.

In a 4 month span, we have witnessed the modern day lynchings of George Floyd, Ahmed Aubrey, Breonna Taylor and the latest victim, David McAtee of Louisville; ALL victims of the movement that Colin Kaepernick tried to warn the entire world about.

Now that the world can see that his protest was HONEST and JUSTIFIED, he is owed an apology. From the NFL owners who has black-balled him from his craft, the President of the United States, and the many citizens who booed the movement and the NFL players.

Colin deserves a sincere apology.
