Yesterday, the US Senate voted 52-47 in favour of allowing hunting of hibernating bears in their dens. 

This means that any hunter could shoot bears while they are taking care of their babies. 

You can agree that despite of what our position is on animal rights, it is inhumane to even think that someone could shoot and kill a mother who is taking care of her babies. 

Sometimes, most of us do not realize the impact of our decisions because they do not affect us directly. In this case, I am asking the US senate to choose to act with integrity and compassion and that they review their decision on this. 

I ask for your support because I truly believe that the only way to better things for everybody and every living being on this planet is to show compassion and respect.
