Many people and sellers of Ebay, Etsy, Amazon, etc can't track their international shipments on the website of USPS as they could a while ago, sellers and buyers only see an alert message for their parcels.
USPS® Internet Customer Care Center doesn't give concrete answers, indeed, their contradictory responses has everyone confused.
We want an official answer.
