Harsher penalties for animal abuse and neglect

It is obvious why this is important, and of great concern to many. Advocates try very hard to be a voice and bring awareness for important causes such as this. This concerns not only abusers of our animals in the circus..(please ban animals from the circus), but for dogs, cats, horses, and ANY animals that suffer abuse or neglect, including those from back yard breeders and puppy mills. (Please abolish puppy mills). And please make dog fighting a felony in every state. Gas chambers and heart sticking needs to be banned everywhere, as they are very cruel forms of euthanization. Further, BSL needs to end. Certainly, our animals have rights too. Stiffer penalties are needed!  Time to send a stronger message and make more examples of those that abuse animals! I am surely not the only petition concerning this issue..please sign everywhere you can for stiffer penalties against animal abusers! Thankyou.

And for those who deal with them we ask a heart of compassion and gentle hands and kindly words. Make us true friends of the animals and so to share the blessings of the merciful. Letter to
US Legislature US Representatives
I just signed the following petition addressed to: US Representatives.

Harsher penalties for animal abuse and neglect

It is obvious why this is important, and of great concern to many. Advocates try very hard to be a voice and bring awareness for important causes such as this. This concerns not only abusers of our animals in the circus..( animals should be banned from the the circus; copy and paste to view powerful short video: http://youtu.be/sQbeL-Hw00c), but for dogs, cats, horses, and ANY animals that suffer abuse or neglect, including those from backyard breeders and puppy mills. (Please abolish puppy mills). And dog fighting should be a felony in every state, if it isn't by now. Starving an animal and beating animals must become a felony as well, not the usual misdemeanors. Gas chambers and heart sticking needs to be banned everywhere, as it is a very cruel form of euthanization. Further, BSL needs to end. Certainly our animals have rights too. Stiffer penalties are needed for these cruelties. Time to send a stronger message and set more examples of those that abuse animals! Our animals in America...who only have our voice for their welfare, but clearly have feelings and emotion. May our Government do right by them
Thankyou.
