The police retirement funds should be used to fight the cases on which they wrongfully kill people; they might take a step back. So let us use their retirement fund every time they hurt someone and have to face justice instead of taxpayers' money. 

Every man or better yet, the police community knows they are losing money on cases. Based on the fact that they are abusing their power and everything else comes from that fund, I hope and believe this will act as a deterrent or at least caution for them to perform right. Hopefully, each and every cop will be a watcher for each other and be accountable when they are out there protecting and serving.
