I just thought you might like to know we're not the only ones the government's cheating. Consider writing to NPR and telling them your story. Maybe, just maybe, we'll get the media attention we need to get the compensation we deserve. NPR covered this story (link below) this morning. These WW II vets were used as human guinea pigs. They've been subjected to a claims process that's just as unfair as ours: they have to try and prove their illnesses were caused by the experiments the government conducted on them - while the government is the very organization that has hidden or destroyed the evidence. We're in the same boat: we're expected to take the US Government's word for it that our cancers were not considered likely to have been caused by our work at DOE sites.
