Wire tapping the entire US population for NO reason
Wire tapping the entire US population for NO reason
The Issue
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and SEIZURES, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon PROBABLE CAUSE, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
We the people elected leaders who swore to uphold the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights (to the young folks, that is our US Gov's Terms of Service=TOS). They have been caught dead to rights breaking the 4th in mass with PRISM.
In mass we must tell them we do not stand for this. We must stop fighting about who started it or when it started, but fight together to end it.
This petition only asks you sign it to show you are against the destruction of our 4th amendment and that you do not approve of being treated as a criminal who is guilty first until proven otherwise.
Notable comment worthy of your attention:
Sen. Saxby Chambliss (R-Ga.) claims he has seen no one complain. However, how could we complain about something we had no knowledge of. We do now. Lets make sure they know we do not approve of this blanket approach to National Security. It has not proven to work as we have seen from Boston alone.
This is what Sen. Saxby Chambliss had to say.
"Every member of the United States Senate has been advised of this," Chambliss said. "And to my knowledge we have not had any citizen who has registered a complaint relative to the gathering of this information."
It is time to complain. Please share this and pass it on if you think the NSA and US Gov have overreached and you want them to know you do not approve and want them to stop prying in to every single moment of our lives in the USA without probable cause.
You can also contact the Senator via his web site as he does not give out an email address! http://www.chambliss.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/email
