The Lion population is depleting and trophy hunting is their biggest threat.  600 lions are killed each year in this manner and 2/3 are killed by US citizens.  If listed on the endangered species list, "hunters" would not be able to bring their "trophy" into the US.  Please let your voice be heard and sign this petition!  We must stop this form of "hunting" and save these magnificent animals!!
