This Mother has been stuck in Singapore since June 2014 while waiting for the Singapore family court to resolve maintenance for her 5 children. She is living in a home with mold and termites. 1 child has not been in school because he has not been provided the services he needs for developmental delay that he had in place in CT where they resided before this nightmare in Singapore. Mother has videotaped a man who continues to stalk her children and expose himself in the neighborhood where they reside. She gave the tape to STOMP in Singapore because of her fear for her chidren's safety.
