An Arsonist in Allendale - Coincidence?

KTBS News in Shreveport, LA is reporting that 8 abandoned homes have been burned in the past week and arson is suspected. Coincidentally, the rhetoric is heating up coming from those who would like to build a highway through the neighborhood.
