Arizona Phoenix Police Department MURDERED my brother, lied about what happened and covered it up!!!!! Am older now and am alert!
PLEASE help my family....my 22year old brother was BRUTALLY MURDERED by two Phoenix police officers. Rookie Phoenix Police Officers SCOTT GOMEZ (on the Arizona Brady list) and a seasoned Phoenix Police Officer JOHN JUSTUS. On December 22nd 2001, My brother was beaten with batons and flashlights, maced over and over, on top off being tased several times. They beat his ass! (Per neighborhood witness): This is all after they already had him in their custody sitting in hand cuffs! The police report says This all happened within 2 minutes But the neighborhood witnesses say different with all the yelling they heard!! Plus the location where they had him cuffed compared to where his body was found up the street shot dead brings me big concern! Both officers shot their guns several times close range murdering my brother with the first few shots entering from the back. After chasing him up the street! Total of 5 shots in his back. 22 hollow point bullets that were accounted for altogether, if not more. While Gomez was spraying bullets he also strikes his own partner: JOHN JUSTUS in the Chest, Left Hand and Foot. JUSTUS also ends up with a Broken Finger (a silent witness called me and stated) this was due to trying to reload his gun to shoot more bullets in my brothers body. A new officer named Officer Ward arrives to the scene and per the police report …..he sees Officer Gomez still pointing his gun towards my brothers body (that’s because he just sprayed 2 to 3 rounds into my brothers chest as part of a hate crime: using the N word! (Per a silent witness caller) .....as my brother body lays there dead...motionless...medical arrives and rushes to attend Officer JOHN JUTUS due to all his shot wounds. Meanwhile Officer Ward decides he is going to check my brothers pockets, roll his dead body over, checks his pulse...thinks HE MAY STILL BE ALIVE and PLACES HANDCUFFS ON HIM. (This is a BOLD FACE LIE PEOPLE) Then rolls him back over. This is a cover up! The handcuffs where on him prior to the officers killing him! (Per neighborhood witness) No screwdriver was ever found. His deceased body arrived to the coroners in handcuffs hours later. This all happened 2miles from our house but was not notified until the following day...mid-day officers arrived to my mother employment and delivered the horrifying news. The Phoenix Police Department would not allow my mother to see her son to identify his body until after New Years. That was about good two weeks After they murdered him. Mind you she begged and begged to see her baby...it was a firm NO. They did not want us to see how bad they racial beat him!
And what do you know about a year later JOHN JUSTUS gets a AWARD for his cop killer performance on my brother which took place 2 days before Christmas Eve. John Justus also was a part of a secret nazi spy group. He stated some very racial remarks in this interview! VERY CONCERNING! (Click the link above) 10 years later the other officer is in a strip club off duty: SCOTT GOMEZ was found pulling his gun on Four security guards because he felt disrespected! AFTER 20 years my family needs justice! Justice for his only daughter who grew up without a father. Justice for a granddaughter who will never meet her grandfather. Most importantly justice for my Dear Mother and Father, their first born son! As a family we gave it to God. After all these years I feel it’s only right to speak up and speak out! I feel I have let my community down! I have let me family down! I have let my black brothers down! Help me get these two killer cops off the streets! I believe they are retired getting paid on disability due to the trauma from killing my brother as they claim! What about our pain? We want these two police officer to be held accountable for killing My brother. I want the Phoenix police department to be held accountable for their actions. I want my brother name to be said: SAMUEL GLOTFELTER #blacklivesmatter
