From Sept, 2 1945 to Dec 26, 1991(46 years) Our Country was served honorably the World over by Veterans who defended everything this country stands for with great honor and respectful service. This Medal was once being authorized but was stopped  & it was stated it is UNNECESSARY. This disrespect of COLD WAR Veterans; whom often served secretly, and were VICTORIOUS must be put to an end immediately.
