To initiate legislation to require all knife wielding citizens be Samurai, Ninja, or Professional Chefs that have been certified by the US Government. Certification shall include 160 hrs of initial training and an additional 16 hrs annually.

The Issue
With the anti gun movement taking hold more and more people are being attacked with knives. These violent acts range from school yards to the boy loving mUSLIM going after the NYPD. They are to numerous to list here; however, one is being compiled and will accompany the petition and will be available at shotovershotout.blogspot.com ASAP. Please join the Sporks For All (SFA) Foundation in putting a stop to the non sense before it gets out of control like the guns. Together, we can nip this in the bud.
