We want our history/memorials to remain in place. We are the majority - no discrimination
The Issue
Cities and counties are afraid of the rioters removing and destroying our Civil War statues and memorials. It was a war. Many lives & relatives were lost regardless of what side they took. Most weren't even taking a side; they had no choice but to defend their homes. 99% of the people did not own slaves - they "slaved" alongside slaves trying to grow food, survive and raise a family. They were as poor as slaves.
Today's black population benefited from their hard-working relatives who made it possible for them to even live in America - yet they disrespect them and what sacrifices they made. Others fought for State's Rights. But, just as we don't agree with the Vietnam War and losing our loved ones for no benefit to the US, we are not tearing down their monuments to suit a handful of people unwilling to examine history and accept it - it cannot be erased.
We are tired of the "few" legislating our morality/history/generations when the majority goes unheard in every sensitive issue. It's time to stop discriminating against the people who LOVE and built America - not those who "cry death to America" like the Iranians. These are Americans destroying property, taking it upon themselves to decide what history will say or ignore. We are tired of paying benefits to those who feel they are owed for historical norms; and we work very hard to pay taxes, and they want to "collect" what's "owed" to them, and commit crimes.
We demand that these rioters, people who destroy property, and physically hurt or kill others for their own selves - be arrested and tried for their crimes. They are perpetuating not a "cause", but just pure evil and violence. It's time that the cities and counties do not have to fear "discrimination" lawsuits for these criminals - and waste our resources on those who "hate America" as BLM shouts, or other race hating groups. No more frivolous, "hurt my feelings, but I wasn't there" lawsuits. History is history.
Thank you and God bless America.... and rid us of this scourge.
