Help Bring Safe and Affordable Stem Cell Treatments to Patients in Need

My name is Kyle Cetrulo, and I am the Founder and President of the International Perinatal Stem Cell Society, Inc. (Perinatal Society), a non-profit (501(c)(3) organization founded in 2013. 

Our mission is to enable safe and affordable access to stem cell and tissue treatments derived from perinatal sources in the United States.

It has been long enough that US citizens have been denied access to perinatal stem cell and tissue products.

We want to change the Federal law to allow access to stem cell products that have demonstrated safety through Phase I clinical trials.  We plan to model our law on the Japanese Regenerative Medicine Act.   

Our ultimate goal is to make these life-changing and life-saving therapies accessible to millions of patients in need, with the hope and dream that insurance companies will eventually cover the costs of stem cell treatments in the US.
