On June 24, I filed a complaint against US Cellular to the Better Business Bureau on behalf of the Meng's. US Cellular responded promptly to the complaint, but their explanation was unacceptable. The BBB gives the company 10 days to reach a resolution before they give a negative mark on their business record. US Cellular has not responded within their window of time.
