We were delighted to receive American film director and television personality Sean Stone, the son of film director Oliver Stone (JFK, Alexander, Natural Born Killers) at the Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light headquarters. 

During his visit, Sean learned about the plight of our 101 detained members in Turkey and the human rights violations they have been and still are enduring.

As we continue to receive reports of medical neglect, the lawyer representing the group is liaising with organizations such as UNHCR Turkey reporting the ill-treatment and deplorable conditions the members are being held in and pushing for the release of the group, especially the children and the vulnerable members.

The efforts to secure the release of our detained members are ongoing and we will continue to bring attention to their ongoing plight and unlawful and unjust detainment.

مع استمرارنا في تلقي تقارير عن الإهمال الطبي الذي يعاني منه أعضاؤنا، يقوم المحامي الذي يمثل المجموعة بالتنسيق مع منظمات مثل المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين في تركيا للإبلاغ عن سوء المعاملة والظروف المؤسفة التي يتعرض لها الأعضاء ويدفع من أجل إطلاق سراح المجموعة، وخاصة الأطفال والضعفاء
