Today at 7:36 pm CET time, the Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light has successfully submitted an application for interim measure against the Turkish government with the European Court for Human Rights. The 72-page long document detailed the persecution the 101 detained members of the faith endured in their countries of origin because of their religion, as well as serious human rights violations enacted upon them by Turkish authorities and in detention. It requested the court to: 

-Order the Republic of Türkiye to immediately release all the Applicants, especially the minors and the vulnerable members 

-suspend all the Applicants’ deportation 

-immediately within 24 hours send an independent medical expert, and then every 3 days 

-immediately within 24 hours send independent human rights organizations for monitoring purposes of conditions at the detention center, and then every 3 days 

Given the urgent nature of the case and the conditions faced by the 101 detainees, the Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light anticipates a prompt response from the court and hopes for swift and favorable outcomes.

اليوم في تمام الساعة ٧:٣٦ مساءاً بتوقيت وسط أوروبا، نجح دين السلام والنور الأحمدي في تقديم طلب باتخاذ تدابير مؤقتة ضد الحكومة التركية لدى المحكمة الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان

وصفت الوثيقة المكونة من ٧٢ صفحة بالتفصيل الاضطهاد الذي تعرض له ١٠١ معتقل من أعضاء الديانة في بلدانهم الأصلية بسبب دينهم، بالإضافة للانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان التي ارتكبتها السلطات التركية أثناء الاحتجاز. وقدمت الطلبات التالية للمحكمة:

- الطلب من جمهورية تركيا الإفراج الفوري عن جميع المتقدمين، وخاصة القصر والأعضاء الضعفاء

- وقف ترحيل جميع المتقدمين

- إرسال على الفور خبير طبي مستقل في غضون ٢٤ ساعة، ثم كل ٣ أيام

- إرسال على الفور منظمات مستقلة لحقوق الإنسان لمراقبة الأوضاع في مركز الاحتجاز في غضون ٢٤ ساعة، ثم كل ٣ أيام

نظراً لكون القضية قضية عاجلة ونظراً للظروف التي يواجهها الـ ١٠١معتقلاً، يأمل دين السلام والنور الأحمدي أن تكون هناك استجابة سريعة من المحكمة وتأمل في نتائج سريعة ومواتية
