Amid the widespread attention from the media and human rights organizations that the plight of our 104 detained members in Turkey has sparked, a testimony has emerged reporting the arrival of unknown inspectors at the camp.

In a leaked testimony, Nadia Ismail, one of our detained members from Iraq, shared an update regarding an incident that occurred three days ago. A committee consisting of both men and women conducted a search at the detention center where they are held. According to previous detainees, it was the first time such an event had taken place. Nadia expressed uncertainty about the identity of the committee, whether they were human rights organizations or government entities.

Interestingly, another detained member overheard the police officers referring to their group, the Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light, as the reason for their visit. However, the committee did not communicate with the detainees or inquire about their situation.

The search involved entering the detainees' rooms, and some individuals greeted them. The authorities did not make any changes in terms of food or provisions. 

Before the inspection, tension was noticeable, as the area was being cleaned and organized. According to Nadia, this occurred three days ago, and since then, no further questioning or interactions have taken place.

Following the search, the authorities distributed clothes to some children and women The distribution was conducted room by room, with certain rooms receiving clothing while others did not. 

Nadia also mentioned that specific nationalities, such as Iraqis, Algerians, and Thai, were gathered and informed about a forthcoming 10-day holiday for Eid. During this time, management personnel would be on leave. Nadia expressed concerns that this announcement could be a pressure tactic to push the group to consider deportation or create anxiety about an extended stay. She emphasized the importance of staying together as a group and expressed fears of potential separations, hoping to prevent any attempts to divide them.

في شهادة مسربة، شاركت نادية إسماعيل، أحد أعضائنا المحتجزين من العراق، حادثة وقعت قبل ثلاثة أيام، حيث قامت لجنة مكونة من رجال ونساء بعملية تفتيش في مركز الاحتجاز، ووفقًا لمعتقلين آخرين، فإن هذه هي المرة الأولى التي يقع فيها مثل هذا الحدث، وأعربت نادية عن عدم وضوح هوية أعضاء اللجنة، ما إذا كانوا منظمات لحقوق الإنسان أم جهات حكومية

ومن المثير للاهتمام، أن عضوة محتجزة أخرى سمعت ضباط الشرطة وهم يشيرون إلى مجموعتهم، دين السلام والنور الأحمدي، كسبب لزيارتهم، إلا أن اللجنة لم تتواصل مع الأعضاء المحتجزين أو تستفسر عن أوضاعهم

وشملت عملية التفتيش دخول غرف المعتقلين، ولم تقم السلطات بإجراء أي تغييرات لتحسين الغذاء أو المؤونة

قبل التفتيش، كان هناك توتر ملحوظ، حيث تم تنظيف المنطقة وترتيبها، وبحسب ما قالته نادية، حدث هذا قبل ثلاثة أيام، ومنذ ذلك الحين لم يحدث أي استجواب أو تفاعل

وعقب التفتيش، وزعت السلطات الملابس على بعض الأطفال والنساء، وتم توزيعها على غرفة تلو الأخرى، حيث تم تزويد بعض الغرف بالملابس بينما لم تحصل غرف أخرى على شيء

كما ذكرت نادية أن بعض الأعضاء من جنسيات معينة مثل العراقيين والجزائريين والتايلانديين، تم جمعهم وإبلاغهم عن عطلة العيد القادمة التي تبلغ مدتها ١٠ أيام، وأن خلال هذا الوقت، سيكون موظفو الإدارة في إجازة، أعربت نادية عن مخاوفها من أن يكون هذا الإعلان بمثابة تكتيك للضغط على المجموعة للنظر في قرار الترحيل أو إثارة القلق بشأن تمديد مدة إقامتهم في الحجز، وشددت على أهمية البقاء معًا كمجموعة وأعربت عن مخاوفها من احتمالية فصلهم عن بعض، آملة أن يتم منع أي محاولات لفصلهم
