We, the undersigned, demand immediate action to address the unjust treatment of Imran Khan, a world-renowned leader and the most popular man in Pakistan today. His detention is a clear manifestation of political fascism that seeks to undermine democracy and the will of the people. Despite winning the February 8th 2024 elections with an overwhelming majority, his party's mandate has been unjustly denied.

Alarmingly, Imran Khan's health is at risk while in custody. Despite court orders mandating medical treatment, jail authorities have blatantly disregarded these directives. This denial of basic human rights further underscores the urgency of our plea.

Through this petition we call for:

• Immediate action from relevant authorities to ensure Imran Khan receives necessary medical attention promptly, addressing most immediately his eye infection and dental issue.
• Compliance with court order for Imran Khan's healthcare needs and an end to the unlawful denial of his medical treatment by Jail Superintendent Asad Waraich and other concerned officials.
• International bodies to intervene in this blatant disregard for democratic processes and human rights violations and ensure Khan's immediate release and return of the mandate back to the people of Pakistan.
