PETITION FOR URGENT IMMIGRATION AND LAW ENFORCEMENT REVIEW

Regarding: Mahsa Nazari (also known as Mahsa Nazari Golgani), Tarzana, California

Overview
This petition demands urgent formal review of the U.S. immigration status and alleged criminal conduct of Mahsa Nazari (formerly Mahsa Nazari Golgani), currently residing in Tarzana, California. The documented allegations; supported by screenshots, digital records, and witness testimony, involve a sustained campaign of doxxing, blackmail, harassment, and threats deliberately targeting vulnerable members of the Iranian diaspora community, compounded by serious concerns of immigration fraud.

Immigration History and Fraud Concerns

Mahsa Nazari Golgani illegally entered the United States in January 2025, was apprehended, and held in an Arizona detention facility for approximately one month. Despite having no documented history of political activity or persecution, she subsequently filed a political refugee claim; a claim whose factual basis is unsupported and warrants serious scrutiny.

In October 2025, she married Aidin Davoudi; a co-participant in the harassment campaign described in this petition. She has since falsely represented herself as a U.S. citizen, a claim that has no lawful basis given her immigration history and the timeline involved. This sequence; illegal entry, an unsubstantiated refugee claim, rapid marriage to a co-conspirator, and false claims of citizenship, constitutes a clear pattern of immigration fraud that demands immediate investigation by DHS and ICE.

Marriage Fraud

The October 2025 marriage between Mahsa Nazari Golgani and Aidin Davoudi raises serious red flags under U.S. immigration law. The marriage occurred while both individuals were allegedly engaged in coordinated harassment and were under scrutiny by federal authorities. The timing and circumstances strongly suggest the union was entered into for the purpose of conferring immigration benefit rather than as a bona fide marital relationship. Authorities are urged to examine the full circumstances of this marriage, including financial records, cohabitation evidence, and prior communications between the two individuals, to determine whether it meets the threshold for marriage fraud prosecution under 8 U.S.C. § 1325(c).

Documented Conduct: Doxxing, Blackmail, Harassment, and Threats
Mahsa Nazari Golgani has conducted a deliberate and sustained harassment campaign against Iranian activists, women's rights advocates, protest victims, and diaspora community members, carried out through social media accounts publicly associated with the names @hella_artist_original , @hella_artist_politics, and @hella_artist_pv among others.

The documented conduct includes:

•        Publication and circulation of private photographs and personal information including residential addresses without consent

•        Use of manipulated or fabricated images to damage reputations of targeted individuals

•        Explicit threats involving private materials, consistent with blackmail and coercion

•        Coordinated attacks against individuals engaged in political activism against the Islamic Republic of Iran

•        Deliberate targeting designed to silence, intimidate, and harm diaspora members

Aidin Davoudi is an active and knowing co-participant in this campaign. His involvement was coordinated, not incidental; and has already drawn the attention of the FBI, which interrogated him in December 2025 in connection with these activities.

Prior Submissions to Authorities
Comprehensive documentation; including screenshots, digital records, and witness statements, has already been submitted to ICE and the U.S. Department of Justice. This petition calls for that engagement to be expanded and acted upon with full force across all immigration, civil, and criminal dimensions.

Formal Demands

We call on DHS, ICE, and relevant U.S. authorities to:

•        Conduct a full immigration review of Mahsa Nazari Golgani's illegal entry, detention record, unsubstantiated refugee claim, and false representations of U.S. citizenship;

•        Investigate and prosecute immigration marriage fraud under 8 U.S.C. § 1325(c), examining whether the October 2025 marriage to Aidin Davoudi was entered into for immigration benefit rather than as a bona fide relationship;

•        Pursue criminal investigation of the documented pattern of doxxing, blackmail, cyber harassment, and threats carried out by both individuals against members of the Iranian diaspora;

•        Preserve and forensically examine all digital evidence, including deleted posts, social media records, direct messages, and metadata where legally authorized;

•        Establish a protected reporting channel through which additional victims and witnesses may submit evidence without fear of retaliation;

•        Take all appropriate legal action; immigration, civil, and criminal, wherever violations of U.S. law are substantiated.

Closing Statement
This petition is grounded in documented evidence and witness testimony. It demands what every victim of sustained, deliberate harm is entitled to: accountability under the law, protection for those harmed, and the integrity of a U.S. immigration system extended in good faith to those genuinely in need of protection.

That protection was designed for the persecuted; not to be weaponized against them.

We firmly urge DHS, ICE, and all relevant authorities to act swiftly and thoroughly.
