SOCIAL MEDIA PETITION – PLEASE HELP CHLOE
Friends, followers, and community — I need your help.

Chloe is a working guardian dog who lived under Fauna Animal Sanctuary’s care for over 2.5 years. She came from a relocation situation and was part of our sanctuary family long before any legal disputes existed.

When my living conditions became unsafe for her — no heat, no water, no secure place — I allowed her to stay at the Defendant’s home.
But I never stopped supervising her care. I live next door. I saw her every day, helped her, watched her, made her vet appointments, and made sure she stayed connected to the sanctuary. Chloe has always been part of us.

Chloe is not marital property. She was never listed in my divorce, never mentioned in any settlement, and belongs to a nonprofit organization, not either person individually, as documents provided prove it.

The Defendant recently produced “ownership proof” that was fabricated after I filed the claim — including a vet record from late 2025 that shows no history, no prior owner information, and no previous records. Meanwhile, Fauna holds records from 2019 through 2024 showing her as our dog, under our care, with ongoing involvement.

Despite all this, the court ignored the real evidence, overlooked the dates, and relied only on the Defendant’s statements lawyer. Now Chloe is kept in a basement, let out only for brief minutes, losing weight (25pound), sick with Lyme disease, Anaplasma, inflammation of her upper palate, hair not growing back due to unproper grooming, and emotional distress.
And the court still refused to correct the mistake.

I am fighting through legal channels, appeals, and motions — but I cannot do this alone.

I am asking my community for support.
Please help me review, question, and bring attention to the way this case was handled. Please help me protect Chloe, whose wellbeing is deteriorating.
