Thank you everyone who has already signed this petition for the professional cleaning industry amidst COVID-19.

Great News- We have over 2,020 signatures now that have generated over 10,000 emails to the CDC, and government officials!!

Yesterday, New Jersey Governor, Phil Murphy stated that house cleaners are "overwhelmingly essential" and an essential service during this time! This is a HUGE win for the house cleaning industry.

But we can't stop now. 

We have A LOT of work to do still.

NOTE- We have now included all 50 state Governors on the petition - to seek clarification and declaration that professional residential cleaning is an essential service amidst COVID-19.

Please re-read the petition and sign again and share on all of your social media profiles and into all groups that you belong to.

We have also reached out directly to many state officials and we will continue to do so and advocate for you as cleaning professionals - and all of us as homeowners, consumers, and Americans during this health crisis.

Cleaning is essential during this time. Per the CDC, personal hygiene, social distance, and regular (and proper) cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection are the only defense in fighting COVID-19.

Our work is essential in fighting this virus, suppressing surge spread - and alleviating burden from our medical facilities and equipment - namely ventilators.

Our goal is to send out 100,000 letters/emails to the CDC and lawmakers this week. To accomplish this goal, we only need 2,083 more signatures on this petition! We have already secured over 2,020 in the last 72 hours! With your help sharing in groups and on your social profiles - we can get there today!
