We are calling on TikTok and payment platforms like CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal to take urgent action by banning Lisa Richard's IP address.

Over the past months, we have watched with heavy hearts as Lisa has descended further into addiction, facilitated by TikTok’s gifting system and donations via these payment platforms. Despite repeated bans of her TikTok and payment accounts due to illegal activities and policy violations, Lisa has resorted to creating several TikTok accounts and using other people's payment accounts to continue receiving donations, breaking laws, and exploiting unsuspecting strangers and sick individuals who are perversely entertained by her downfall.

Lisa's health has visibly deteriorated; she has lost a significant amount of weight and looks extremely unhealthy. This alarming situation is not only affecting her but also taking a toll on her family and children. She regularly deceives the TikTok community, exploiting her family to garner sympathy and donations, further perpetuating her harmful behavior. Additionally, she has faced physical assaults linked to her TikTok activities. This further endangers her well-being and those within her household, including a young pregnant woman. 

She often experiences opioid-induced sedation (nodding off) during TikTok live sessions, putting herself at risk of overdosing in front of her audience, which includes children. Also, recovering addicts find this very triggering and could be endangering the sobriety of those who come across her content. 

The relentless bullying Lisa faces on the platform is driving her deeper into depression, and the increased access to illegal substances through TikTok's systems is exacerbating her addiction. By allowing her continued access to TikTok, the platform is placing a vulnerable individual in a dangerous position, and their algorithms are pushing her harmful content onto others, causing broader community harm.

Bullying Lisa is only validating the negative thought cycle she's been experiencing and telling her she's not worth the effort it takes to get clean and receive mental health assistance. Please understand that getting clean is only the first step, and there are underlying issues that led to this use in the first place that must also be recognized and treated for her to thrive. By helping to provide her a sense of self-worth and support, we can help her gain the confidence she needs to face this extremely tough battle of reaching sobriety. She is using to try to numb the pain she's experiencing, and adding to her suffering and sense of helplessness only drives her further into addiction and depression. Do not be the reason she doesn't get better.

Let's help Lisa become TikTok's greatest comeback, for her and for her children. Never forget that there are children involved in this situation who are also longing to have their mother clean and happy.
