On behalf of the Bavdhan Citizens Forum, I am writing to address a matter of utmost importance concerning the public transportation services provided by PMPML. We are gravely concerned about the inadequate transport facilities connecting Bavdhan to Vanaz Metro Station, as well as the recent discontinuation of Route No. 145 from Bavdhan to Pune Station.

As an organized forum representing the voices and concerns of the residents of Bavdhan, we have received numerous complaints and feedback regarding the insufficient frequency and availability of Metro Feeder buses linking Bavdhan to Vanaz Metro Station. The absence of a reliable and frequent bus service connecting these pivotal points has significantly inconvenienced the residents, hindering their access to the metro system, which is crucial for daily commuting needs.

Furthermore, the abrupt termination of Route No. 145 from Bavdhan to Pune Station has caused distress among the residents who heavily relied on this route for convenient and direct transportation between these areas. The discontinuation of this route has disrupted the daily routines of many individuals, resulting in increased travel time and inconvenience.

Considering the growing population in Bavdhan and the increasing dependency on public transportation, we strongly urge PMPML to take immediate action by:

1. Increasing the frequency and availability of Metro Feeder buses from Bavdhan to Vanaz Metro Station, ensuring a reliable and convenient mode of transport for the residents.

2. Reinstating Route No. 145 from Bavdhan to Pune Station to restore a crucial link that caters to the commuting needs of a significant number of residents.

We understand the complexities involved in managing public transportation services and the challenges faced in implementing changes. However, these actions are vital to enhancing the accessibility and efficiency of public transport for the residents of Bavdhan.
